As working class, busy people begin their treacherous route towards work or even anywhere, Biggin Hill’s roads always seem to be congested which means that people become much more stressed and violated on their travels. The roads become congested so people are unable to travel to their destinations hassle-free and quickly and this results in congestion and disruption on Biggin Hills roads.
To try and tackle the misleading problem, Jo Johnson MP hosted a meeting with a variety of local councillors and representatives from Southern Gas Network and Thames Water. The meeting was meant to spark a fight back towards disruption on Biggin Hill’s roads to reduce the road works being put into place. Leaves Green Road is one of the many streets that are suffering from this problem and citizens have expressed their concerns which obviously led to the resolution.
All of the parties are set to work together to rejuvenate roads such as Leaves Green Road as the delays have been tangled in the same situation for far too long and hopefully, for now, residents that travel throughout these roads can sleep easy knowing that their voices have been heard and plans are being placed to reduce the conditions throughout the routes.
Completion of the project is set to be done by mid- January which means that after Christmas, local residents that travel along these routes can look forward to a safe and relaxing journey to their destination.
Biggin Hill’s streets are hopefully going to prosper from now on as these plans seem inspiring and definitely a huge relief for the residents who use these routes on a regular basis.
Let the work on the roads begin!
