More about the owners
The business is a family-run Business by a couple who decided to start the shop because they were looking to begin their own business.
Owner Satomi Taylor says:
"We knew Japanese food is getting more popular... It's really nice when people comment on how good it was"
When asked about the difficulties of running a small business next to such a popular row of shops where often you may run into many different people, they said:
"It is often difficult with strange people coming in"
Often, such businesses face slander and have a rough time on the streets, especially in the cold winter - so make sure to treat them with respect while visiting.
