The Darnley Arms, the traditional village pub located in Cobham, is set to host its annual fireworks display on Wednesday 6th November.
The family-run pub puts on a spectacular show each year, with something for all ages to enjoy. In previous years, this has included a sweet stall for children, and delicious BBQ food to enjoy while excitement mounts before the colourful display lights up the sky.
At the heart of local Bonfire Night traditions, the Darnley Arms fireworks show is sure to provide an autumnal night of fun that displays a true village community spirit.
Residents of Cobham, the picturesque village near Gravesend, flock to the pub year after year to enjoy the scenes, and to support the local business.
Illuminated with bold pinks and shimmering golds, the skyline over the village is not a sight to be missed.
Cameron Taylor, head chef at The Darnley Arms, said “We really look forward to bonfire night every year at the Darnley, and each year it gets bigger and better due to more people hearing about it and coming down to visit us!
The atmosphere inside the pub is cosy and full of warmth, a pub packed with joyful families getting their drinks from the bar and food from the bbq outside, before gathering in the pub garden to see the fireworks.”
Aside from their annual display, year round The Darnley Arms is open both weekdays and weekends, at both lunchtimes and in the evenings, with weekly Thai nights and traditional Sunday roasts being just some of what they have to offer.
