GRAVESEND kick-boxer Bobby Garland won the Kent UKBC welterweight belt in Dartford on Sunday.
The Star Kickboxing club member stopped Billy Bresnahan in the second round after a flurry of punches put his opponent to the ground twice before the referee stopped the bout.
Star Kickboxing has six fighters in training for a show the Casino Rooms on September 9, where there will be one boxing bout and five kick-boxing bouts, one of which will see James Gridley defending his IKF middleweight title for the fourth time against Callum Thompson.
