DARTFORDIANS got back to winning ways with a 45-run victory over lowly Bobbing Court on Saturday.
Bobbing Court won the toss and inserted the home side and a damp wicket.
After the early loss of Dan Bygrave the middle order did their job with Jon Kellett, Tom Franklin, Simon Harman and Kevin Cullern all reaching double figures as Cullern recorded his second half century of the season with a well played 55.
Will Barker and Tom Ball both pitched in down the order with 19 each to leave Darts 208-9 at the close of innings.
On a pitch now drying out and getting easier to bat, Bobbing made a decent start in reply by reaching 68-1.
But after this the runs dried up and a conservative effort was made to chase the runs down.
Bobbing Court’s innings closed on 163-7, with young off spin bowler Dave Hathrill the pick of the bowlers taking 2-21.
