GRAVESEND Regatta Committee held a busy weekend of rowing which included the junior regatta, summer regatta and the mixed Dartford Bridge race.
TJ's Terrors took part in the junior regatta on Friday and claimed the John Burberry Trophy for their age group.
Saturday saw the men and ladies row each regatta boat to collect points towards the points trophies. The Crown & Thistle team of Pip Mester, Michelle Brady, Debbie Johnson Amanda Cooper and cox Stephen Cason won the ladies’ trophy.
Meanwhile, The Wheatsheaf won the men's cup and they were Gary Mahoney, Stephen Cason, Andy Hinde and Paul Mitchell, coxed by Amanda G-Cooper.
The mixed Dartford Bridge race was held on Sunday and was raced to Dartford Bridge and back to Gravesend. TJ's B crew won the event and were made up of Paul Ayres, Kevin Luck, Janine Hall, Emma Dodwell and coxed by Cason.
The penultimate race of the season will be the Long Ferry contest, which runs from Westminster to Gravesend, on August 8.
