A MEMBER of the Kenpo Kwai international mixed martial arts club in Orpington has successfully retained his gold medal at the Hahns Hohn European jujutsu and kickboxing championships in Lubz, Germany.
Paul Easter defied the odds to triumph after some fantastic fighting, which won the respect of all who attended, to repeat his 2009 success.
More than 200 competitors from countries including Poland, Russia, Germany, Belgium, France and England took part in the event.
The Orpington club has a history of winning medals and competitions in judo, karate, kung fu, aikido, kendo and escrima on the international circuit.
