Charlton Park 35 v 8 Bromley Rugby Union London Division Four (SE) CHARLTON Park eased their way out of the relegation mire with a five-try win over Bromley.
The visitors took the lead with a penalty after 10 minutes but Charlton responded from the restart.
They regained possession of the ball and following several phases of play, Michael Casizzi scoring the opening try of the game.
Holding the lead Charlton increased the tempo and in doing so scored two more tries from Barry O'Keeffe and Sean De Klerk crashed over to score the try.
Holding a comfortable lead Charlton allowed Bromley back into the match and, following a series of penalties, the visitors scored a try.
Flanker Steve Philpot created a second try for Casizzi when he picked a loose ball off the ground and drove forward before releasing the ball to good effect.
The last try of the match was scored by scrum-half Reece Morgan when he made a darting break.
With Casizzi converting all five tries it concluded a very satisfactory afternoon for Charlton.
