ST PAUL'S Cray snooker star June Banks could not repeat the form which won her the British title as she lost at the semi-final stage of the World Championships.
British champ June, 36, lost 4-1 to Reanne Evans at the Landywood Snooker Club, near Walsall.
It was sweet revenge for Reanne who had lost to June in the final of the British Championships.
Reanne went on to win the final against Ronnie O'Sullivan's cousin Maria Catalano.
The next major event is the East Anglian Ladies Snooker Championship on November 26 at the Cambridge Snooker Centre.
