One of the biggest crowds of the season is expected at Gravesend RFC’s Rectory Field as followers of rugby are in for a treat.
On Monday 8th March some of the best of Kent schools’ young rugby talent will be on show, competing in the 22nd Invitation Schools Floodlit 7s, hosted by Gravesend Rugby Club, with the first game kicking off at 6pm.
The cup and plate winners, from last year, Campion School (Essex) and Duke of York’s (Dover), are back to defend their trophies.
They are joined by Gravesend Grammar School, Dartford Grammar School, Kings Rochester, Rochester Maths, City of London Freemen’s (Surrey), and Kings Canterbury.
The final is programmed to take place at 9pm followed by the presentation of the trophies by the Chairman of Gravesend RFC, Graham Haggar.
Full club facilities will be available to all supporters throughout the evening.
