A STUDENT from Orpington will represent Britain in next week’s European junior championships in Serbia.
Serita Solomon, 19, will compete in the 100m hurdles after the first year Middlesex University Primary Education and Philosophy student earned the selection after taking part in last weekend’s UK athletics championships in Birmingham.
Middlesex University’s head of sport Mel Parker said: “We are really proud of our athletes’ achievements here at Middlesex University and we’ll continue to support them as they bid for success in London 2012.
“This is another important step in their journey towards the Olympics.”
