THIRTEEN Istead & Ifield harriers turned out for last week’s running of the Bewl Water 15, which is really 14.2 miles.
This is a glorious run round the Bewl Reservoir on the Kent and Sussex borders near Wadhurst.
Ray Pearce was the first finisher for the club in ninth and was also the first over-50 to cross the line, keeping up a fine record of age group wins in this race.
