WRESTLING is coming back to Horton Kirby Village Hall on November 8 when Hugh Mungus will be competing for the GWU world title.
The Dartford ace is the reigning GWU British and European champion, but he has vacated these two titles in order to get this match played in his home town.
Both titles will also be up for grabs on this night.
Mungus will have his work cut out as the champion is 6ft4in, 24 stone South African Andrew Kruger, who is an ex-rugby international.
Other entrants to look out for on the night are Chris Wyld and Jon Ryan, two of Britain's best technical wrestlers.
Danny Garnell, also from Dartford, is a wrestler who doesn't let rules stand in his way and Dave “Union” Jackson a rising young star who has just returned to Britain from the independent promotions in America.
Horton Kirby Village Hall is in Horton Road, South Darenth.
Doors open for the wresting extravaganza at 6.30pm and tickets can be purchased on the door with adults costing £10 and children £6.
