GRAVESEND Regatta Committee held their final race of the season on Sunday.
The Cynthia Mastin mixed fours annual challenge cup route was rowed from Gravesend to Dartford Bridge and back.
Although not raced in recent years, it was over-subscribed and heats were held on Thursday to decide on the four finalists.
Two teams from the Old Gravesendians' Rugby Club, together with crews from The Waterloo and Terrace Tavern pubs, set off at 2.15pm with two support boats following.
The winners were from the Terrace Tavern crew of Tim Hart, Paul Hart, Sarah Monk and Karen Monk, coxed by Colin Smith, in 2hr30m.
Old Gravesendians' crew of Mark Watkins, Kelly Bailey, Jo Howard and John Nightingale, coxed by Brian Webster, finished as runners-up.
The winners will be presented with their trophies at the annual presentation ceremony at Old Gravesendians RC on July 25.
Tickets are for sale for £5 on the evening and the venue is located on Bronte View.
