Bexley chased down 161 to beat Sevenoaks Vine and secure their third league victory at Manor Way on Saturday.
Wickets for Jasdev Bassan (3/29), Usman Jan (3/36) and Harry Furze (2/32) – along with an economic spell from skipper Jason Benn (1/17) – ensured Vine were bowled out in the final over of their innings.
In reply, a fine partnership between Christopher Laas (32) and Aryan Jain settled any home nerves.
Overseas batsman Jain scored a patient 73 and the home side hit the winning runs with four wickets remaining.
The win sees Bexley remain fifth in the league ahead of a testing trip to Blackheath this weekend.
Meanwhile, Bromley remain in the Premier Division relegation zone after suffering a 27-run defeat to Tunbridge Wells.
All-rounder Matt Smit took 4/49 for Bromley but Tunbridge still posted a formidable 258-9.
Miguel Barbosa, Shavawn Cunningham and Sam Smith all scored 30s in reply but with no batsman going big Bromley finished on 231-9.
Bromley travel to fellow relegation-battlers Dartford this weekend.
Finally, Kent return to the County Ground, Beckenham on Friday night for a NatWest T20 Blast fixture against Gloucestershire.
The Spitfires then begin their Royal London One-Day Cup campaign at the same ground on Sunday with a local derby against Surrey.
The fixtures are part of six days of county cricket at Beckenham, with Kent returning to Bromley in September to face Northamptonshire in the County Championship.
