A QUARTET of top football coaches are set to visit Downham later this month to pass on their knowledge to youngsters.
West Ham’s technical coach Gwynne Berry will be joined by fellow coaches Stuart Garcia (Crystal Palace), Louis Goater (Reading) and Harry Watling (Chelsea) for the free session at Knights Sports Academy, Launcelot Road, on September 21.
The event is being hosted by Concept4Football, who are based at the K nights Academy, and the programme has been successfully developed with elite academy players and is now being implemented at grassroots level.
Youngsters taking part will be split into two separate age groups, with the U7 to U10 session taking place between 5pm and 6pm and the U11 to U13 lesson being held between 6pm and 7pm.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and places are limited.
