GURU Nanak Sunday of the North Kent Senior Division increased their winning streak to five straight wins.
Guru hosted Top House, who matched them in the first half, leaving the score goalless at the interval.
The game came to life in the second half when Daljit Rana'a shot was parried by the Top House keeper to Micheal Harris to tap in for 1-0.
Almost immediately Top House's Jody Cole equalised as an embarassed Surjit Atwal let a routine save squeeze through his legs.
However, Guru did not let this bother them too much as they took control in the last half hour.
First Rana restored the lead with a superb curling shot from outside the box and Raghbir Chauhan set up Jess Gill to make it 3-1.
Chauhan then found the net himself and Micheal Harris hammered the last nail in the coffin when the superb Rana played him in. Final score 5-1.
The reserves of Division Four played Hartley Athletic.
Guru were outplayed in the first half and found themselves 3-0 down but after a good half time chat they took control of things in the second half.
A complete turnaround saw them go 4-3 up courtesy of goals from Rashpal Bhens, Simon Sahota, Gurvinder Chokkar and a Hartley own goal.
However, in the last minute of the game Hartley equalised from a penalty to leave the final score 4-4.
Guru Nanak FC of the Kent County League started the year with a 2-1 win over Otford Utd.
Rashpal Bhens missed a couple of half chances in a goalless first half, both shots saved by the keeper.
Guru were the better team in the second half and took the lead when Jess Gill found skipper Boota Singh unmarked in the box and he scored with the outside of his foot.
Gill then scored late on to make it 2-0 after a pinball session in the Otford box.
Otford managed a consolation goal, an own goal by Ajhmair Mudahar, but it was too little too late as Guru took all three points.
They lie fourth in the table.
