Ebbsfleet manager Daryl McMahon has been named the Vanarama National League South manager of the month.
The 31-year-old boss has made a stunning start in his first managerial role, lifting the Fleet to the dizzy heights of top of the league.
The club have won 10 of their 11 league matches this season and have already moved nine points clear of their nearest rivals.
Ebbsfleet recorded five straight victories and scored 12 goals in September.
“I’m delighted to receive this – any award of this nature isn’t an individual thing,” McMahon told the club website.
“It reflects on the staff, the players and the fans, it goes right through the club.
“I’m lucky that I have great staff, a great bunch of guys in the dressing room and great support behind the scenes and on the terraces.
“What we’ve achieved this month and whatever we achieve for the rest of the season is down to all of us, not just a couple of individuals.”
