Bromley schools’ district football teams have enjoyed success at U14 and U15 level in this year’s Kent county competition.
The U14s defeated Canterbury Schools 2-0 in their final on May 12 at Maidstone’s Gallagher Stadium.
Meanwhile, the U15s squad completed an emphatic 5-1 victory in their final over Maidstone Schools.
The two age groups have comprised players from the Priory, Bishop Justus, Darrick Wood, Coopers, Hayes, Ravens Wood, Kemnal Manor, Charles Darwin, Bishop Challoner and Bonus Pastor schools.
And there could be a hat-trick on the cards for Bromley district on the cards as the U13s are still to play their final later this month.
Manager Jon Coppen said: “I would like to thank the parents for their support and Bishop Justus’ Mr Delicata, who have all enabled the boys to commit to district football.
“This has been a fantastic return to county schools’ football and has enabled more than a dozen players to trial or represent professional academies during the season.”
