SHEFFIELD Wednesday boss Paul Sturrock will not be extending the loan spell of Charlton winger Lloyd Sam.
The 22-year-old will return to the Premiership side after missing Saturday's defeat against Derby with a hamstring injury.
Sturrock told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I'd have liked him to stay but we have other players coming back from injury.
"We are running over budget so if we are going to pay his wages for another month it would increase our spending."
