CLINTON Morrison and Carl Fletcher (pictured) have both been selected to play for their country in the forthcoming Euro 2008 qualifying matches.
Following his man of the match performance against Coventry City on Saturday there was more good news for striker Morrison as he was named in the latest Republic of Ireland squad.
Steve Staunton's side play Cyprus and the Czech Republic in the Euro 2008 qualifiers on October 7 and October 11 respectively as they search for their first points of the qualifying campaign.
Despite missing Saturday's game through injury, Fletcher has been named in John Toshack's Wales squad for the matches against Slovakia on October 7 and Cyprus on October 11.
Wales are in the same group as the Republic of Ireland and, like the Irish, they are looking for their first points of the campaign.
