NIGEL Spackman is looking for more quality in the final third as the Lions take on Brighton at The Den on Saturday.
While Millwall boast an unbeaten home record, the manager knows the fans will not settle for draws on their own patch - especially as Brighton lost their manager Mark McGhee on the eve of the match.
Spackman said: "I understand the frustration of the fans because I share the frustration.
"If you're not taking your chances, it puts pressure on the defence to keep a clean sheet to get anything out of the game.
"We have been working on a few things in training this week to try to achieve a bit more potency in front of goal and it may be we'll have to be a little more direct.
"If we can get an early goal, it will mean the opposition have to come out and it will change the nature of the game."
Albion, meanwhile, have announced Dean Wilkins, brother of Ray, Will take charge of the side this weekend
