CRYSTAL Palace will spend another season in the Championship despite holding Watford to a goalless draw at Vicarage Road.

The damage had already been done when Palace went down 3-0 at home in the first leg.

Faced with an almost impossible task, Palace could not break down Watford's resilient defence.

Watford now face Leeds United in the play-off final on May 21.
