CRYSTAL Palace are in the play-offs for an immediate return to the Premiership after successive Easter weekend draws.
Despite throwing away a two-goal lead against relegated Crewe and being lucky to grab a point at Burnley, the Eagles had already done enough to finish in the top six.
Against Crewe, Andy Johnson bagged a first-half brace before conceding twice in the second half.
Iain Dowie said: "We should have been home and hosed.
"I'm disappointed only about the result because it was a good performance.
"We should have been more clinical in front of goal."
At Burnley, Dowie's men survived two shots against the woodwork and the boss said: "There were people who were handed opportunities today but they did not take them.
"Clinton Morrison and Jon Macken aren't bad players, they just did not gel today."
He added: "I don't mind who we get in the play-offs."
