BERRY Powel scored on his debut to give Millwall a deserved draw after Cameron Jerome had put Cardiff ahead.
Substitute striker Powel equalised on the hour with virtually his first touch when he fired Matt Lawrence's pass into the bottom corner.
Cardiff had started brightly with Jason Koumas and Darren Purse going close before Jerome drilled home on 28 minutes after Koumas' through ball.
Alan Dunne went close for Millwall and Jerome almost snatched a late winner.
