LIONS fans have seen some great players come and go over the years Barry Kitchener, Gordon Hill, Keith Stevens, Neil Harris, Alex Rae, Billy Neil, Teddy Sheringham and Bryan King to name but a few. Now Millwall want to know who your favourite all-time Lions player is. Maybe it is someone still involved today such as Dave Livermore, Matt Lawrence or Barry Hayles? Whoever it is, write in and tell them why he's your pick of the bunch. Perhaps it was his silky skills which impressed you or maybe his sheer passion and desire. Send approximately 450 words together with a picture of yourself and you could appear in the programme this season. MILLWALL have re-signed Tottenham defender Phil Ifil on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old had joined the Lions on loan in September but his intended three-month stay was cut short by injury. He told the Lions website: "I'm really looking forward to playing for Millwall again. I hope to help us get the results to move us up the table and away from the relegation zone."
MORE transfer movement means Millwall have completed the signing of striker Berry Powel from FC Den Bosch. The two clubs have agreed a fee for Powel who is top in the Dutch second division with 19 goals this season. The 25-year-old was at the Den on Saturday to watch the Lions draw 0-0 against Wolves. He is expected to be given his Championship debut by manager David Tuttle in Millwall's next game against Cardiff City on January 31.
