FANS who turn up early for tonight's (Wednesday) Carling Cup match against Blackburn Rovers (8pm kick-off) will have the chance to meet assistant manager Keith Peacock in the superstore from 5pm for around an hour. Tickets for the fourth round cup match are on general sale priced £15 adults, £10 over-60s and under-18s, and £5 under-16s, and will be available on the night.

RADOSTIN Kishishev will be suspended for Sunday's match against Manchester City after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season against Aston Villa last weekend. The Bulgaria international will serve a one-match ban.

JUST like Alan Curbishley's first team, Charlton's reserves were looking to end a run of defeats when they travelled to Coventry City last (Tuesday) night. Despite goals from Kevin Lisbie and Jay Bothroyd, the Addicks were beaten 4-2 by Ipswich Town on November 23 and next play Leicester City away on Tuesday. The under-18s had no game last weekend but their FA Youth Cup third round tie with Walsall will take place at the Bescot Stadium on Tuesday, December 13, kick off 7pm.

THE Addicks last week agreed a fourth overseas tie-in with last season's Belgian Cup winners, Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen. Charlton will embark on a series of academy and community initiatives with the side, which plays in the Belgian top flight. Charlton chief executive Peter Varney said: "This link forms a very important part of our overseas strategy. The Belgian league is ideal for players not quite ready for the challenge of the English Premiership but enables them to obtain a sound grounding in professional football of a high standard."
