The summer transfer window is getting closer and closer, as teams prepare to bolster their squads ahead of the new season.
The majority of Premier League teams have three games to play, with Brighton being the only team that have five left.
As the race to avoid relegation continues, Palace will be more than happy that they managed to avoid a relegation scrap, by going on a three-game win streak just under a month ago.
With Premier League football safe for another year, the Eagles can start to look ahead to next season, where they will be pushing for a top half finish, and potentially even a spot that would secure them European football.
We've taken a look at the latest Palace transfer rumours that might help them achieve that dream, ahead of the final weeks of the Premier League season.
James Rodriguez
According to journalist Christian Martin, Crystal Palace are interested in signing 31-year-old James Rodriguez this summer.
The Colombian’s most recent club was Greek team Olympiakos, but the attacking midfielder had his contract terminated after playing just two games for them.
As you might have remembered, Rodriguez recently played for Everton, signing for the Toffees in the summer of 2020.
The Colombian reunited with Carlo Ancelotti at Everton, and scored six goals, providing eight assists along the way.
But, after Ancelotti left the club for Real Madrid, Rodriguez decided that he didn’t want to stay either and left for Qatari club, Al-Rayaan SC.
Since his days at Bayern and Real Madrid, Rodriguez’s form has dipped significantly. Palace may be interested in the Colombian, as he is said to be favouring a return to European football.

Jack Clarke
After securing a play-off finish with Sunderland on the last day of the season, Jack Clarke is reportedly attracting interest from both Brentford and Palace.
The ex-Spurs winger has had a great season with Sunderland, scoring nine goals and recording 11 assists in his 45 games played this season, which is a huge improvement on his one goal in 20 games in League One, the season before.
Clarke is a tricky winger, who plays off the left and draw’s some similarities to Zaha. The 22-year-old loves to run at his man, and is often fouled as a result of dribbling at his opponent.
Perhaps Clarke could be a replacement for Zaha, who’s future is still undecided ahead of his contract expiring this summer, but it would be interesting to see the Englishman play in rotation with the Ivorian.
Both with similar play-styles, Clarke could learn a lot from Zaha, and if he is to join the Eagles, he may even benefit from Zaha staying, despite it limiting his minutes.
But Sunderland have a play-off semi-final to play, and if they get through that, and even win the final, then the reported £10 million fee for Clarke is surely going to rise.
Sacha Boey
Boey has been linked with Palace for a number of weeks, and it appears the rumours regarding Galatasaray’s young full back are coming out once more.
According to TGRT, the Eagles are preparing a £17 million offer for Boey.
Galatasaray’s right back told L’equipe earlier on in the season that he may leave the Turkish side at the end of the footballing year.
Right back is one of the positions that Palace have been consistently linked with over the last month, with Joel Ward turning 34 this year, and Nathaniel Clyne the only other option.
For many weeks, it looked like Aaron Wan-Bissaka may be the man to fill that spot, but a turn in the Englishman’s favour has seen the former Palace man start a lot more games than he’s been used to this season, and it looks like he may have a genuine future at Manchester United.
With that being said, it might be time for Palace to turn the attention elsewhere, with Boey rumoured to be at the top of their list.
