EBERECHI Eze is reportedly a target Newcastle United as the Magpies look to strengthen in the next transfer window.
The Crystal Palace winger was one of the most impressive players in the Premier League last season following his transfer from QPR.
However, Eze has struggled to recapture his exciting form from his debut season in the Premier League season due to persistent injury issues.
According to the Sun, Palace would consider selling what was one of their prized assets should an offer of around £45 million, a big profit on the £17 million paid by Palace to QPR.
This would be due to the fitness struggles Eze has been suffering from, although there is still hope he will become a top Premier League player if he can get back to full fitness.
The money could be used to reinvest into the squad and potentially sign Chelsea loanee Conor Gallagher on a permanent deal, which would be a massive coup for the club.

Patrick Vieira would likely be sorry to see Eze leave after he has only been able to make five appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
However, with the emergence of Michael Olise, the loss of Eze would not necessarily weaken the Palace attack too drastically.
