Here's how we rated Charlton's players in their late 2-1 defeat to rivals Millwall at The Den.
Dillon Phillips - 7 - Pulled off two decent saves, particularly against Ben Thompson's volley in the second half. Charlton, as a team, failed to defend either of Millwall's goals well.
Adam Matthews - 6 - The (relatively) new signing was handed only his second start for his new club when he played against Millwall, completing 90 minutes in the process. Looks as though he's getting sharper.
Tom Lockyer - 6 - Had to ensure he could win the aerial battles with Millwall's two bustling strikers and he squared up well, winning seven in total. Passing was a little off at times.
Jason Pearce - 6 - Tasked with marshalling the defence, he had a decent game. After what happened at Preston, he would have been keen to use the trip to Millwall to right some wrongs.
Naby Sarr - 5 - Wary of not being too harsh on Sarr given that he did have a couple of important moments. He made a crucial interception, when Charlton were under duress, before assisting the equaliser. Sarr looked lost for the first goal but his lacklustre defending for the second really brought down the performance.
Ben Purrington - 6 - He was back in his familiar left-back role, marauding up and down the flank, rather than being deployed as an emergency winger. Both him and Matthews helped stretch the pitch late on with their width.
Darren Pratley - 6 - Helped Charlton get out of some sticky situations at times when Millwall were on top and tested Bialkowski at close-range following a run into the box. Looked so frustrated with the first goal as no one picked as no-one picked up Hutchinson. Replaced with Beram Kayal.
Josh Cullen - 7 - Very unlucky to see his shot rebound off Bialkowski, then the bar and then Bialkowski again. Cullen has been a key figure in Bowyer's midfield for two seasons now, whose return for this campaign has been vital.
Conor Gallagher - 6 - He looked like he had been through the wars with the number of fouls he took. Not as dangerous in front of goal as he usually is, which Millwall were likely happy about.
Jonathan Leko - 7 - Scored the equaliser to get Charlton back on level terms, though he faded out of the game a little bit afterwards during the second half. Replaced with George Lapslie.
Macauley Bonne - 6 - It was never going to be easy going up against Jake Cooper and Shaun Hutchinson as a lone striker but, to his credit, he did okay. Bialkowski produced a tremendous stop to deny that volley, it so easily could have gone in.
