Charlton are reportedly interested in Plymouth Argyle midfielder Ruben Lameiras.
Plymouth Live understand that The Addicks have shown an interest in the Portuguese-born 24-year-old whose current deal on the south coast expires on June 30.
Despite being offered fresh terms on a new deal with the newly relegated League Two Club, Lameiras is thought to be keen to move on with a host of interested clubs offering him higher level football.
Cardiff City, Swansea City are reportedly keen on the former Tottenham Hotspur youngster, as are French Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux.
With family in London however, a move to The Valley could suit the playmaker who bagged 12 goals and six assists in 45 appearances this season.
Charlton announced their released list last week which included midfielders Ben Reeves, Jonny Williams, Mark Marshall and Nicky Ajose.
Due to financial restraints manager Lee Bowyer admitted they will need to be ‘creative’ in the transfer window, and with Lameiras possessing quality and an appealing price tag, there’s no surprise the Addicks are interested.
