Dave Martin will bounce back from his FA Cup error which gifted Brighton an according to Millwall’s Alex Pearce.
Martin’s mistake from Solly March’s free-kick levelled the tie at 2-2 deep in injury time before the visitors went on to win a trip to Wembley on penalties.
Pearce, who scored the opener in the tie, believes Martin is more than capable of getting over his mistake.
“We told him ‘don’t feel bad’, it happens,” said Pearce.
“That’s the life of a goalkeeper.
“It’s how you react and how you respond now that’s the key.
“He’s mentally strong enough for it.
“He’s been around a long time, so it’s not a problem for me, I’m sure he’ll be ready come the next league game for sure.”

Former MK Dons keeper Martin, 33, was a surprise including in Neil Harris’ side last Wednesday when he impressed in Millwall’s 2-0 away win over Birmingham.
“Dave’s been great since he’s come into the team.
“He showed great mentality when he got put in after a while out and kept a clean sheet.
“He was the same today, but as a keeper those things can happen.
“He’ll bounce back, he’s a strong character and leader.”
