Player ratings from Charlton's late 3-2 defeat to Oxford United...
Ben Amos - 6 - Didn't have a lot to do. Needs to come off his line more.
Chris Solly - 5 - He struggled with Oxford’s pace at times and didn't get forward enough.
Ezri Konsa - 6 - He would've been glad to see the back of Jon Obika, who was subbed off in the first-half.
Harry Lennon - 5 - Had a few shaky moments in the second-half and was nearly caught in possession a few times.
Jay Dasilva - 8 - Always offered Charlton a good attacking threat on the left, as he always does. Great persistence for the second goal.
Ahmed Kashi - 8 - Every single Charlton outfield player celebrated his goal with him. Solid all-round performance.
Jake Forster-Caskey - 5 - It was harsh to drop Joe Aribo, and his replacement, Forster-Caskey, didn't really impress today. He’ll get back to his best soon, though.
Mark Marshall - 7 - He never stopped running up and down the right wing. He is vastly improving.
Tariqe Fosu - 9 - Charlton’s best player by a mile today. Oxford’s defence couldn't handle him. Needs to pass more, though.
Stephy Mavididi - 6 - He didn't have much joy on the left against Todd Kane.
Josh Magennis - 8 - His first goal in 15 games and boy, did he deserve it. Should’ve had two assists in the first-half. He is so undervalued by Charlton fans.
Subs:
Sullay Kaikai - 5
Michal Zyro - 5
Joe Aribo - N/A
