Charlton are ready to take out their frustrations on Rochdale, says Jake Forster-Caskey.
The Addicks dropped to fifth in League One after drawing 2-2 with MK Dons on Saturday. Karl Robinson’s men were pegged back twice.
Charlton host relegation-threatened Rochdale tomorrow hoping to extend their eight-game unbeaten run.
When asked whether any frustration from the MK Dons draw can be taken out on the Dale, midfielder Forster-Caskey said: “Yeah, if we can do it in the right way.
“Tuesday is another big one. If we keep making the Valley a fortress then we’ll be ok.
“The MK Dons game has gone now and we've got to look at the games coming up because we've got a lot of games in a short period of time.
“If we play like that then we’ll pick up a lot of points.”
Billy Clarke and Patrick Bauer missed Saturday’s tie through injury, but the latter could be back for the visit of Rochdale.
Forster-Caskey, who has started every league game this season, believes Charlton can cope with the absence of the key duo.
He added: “This year when someone’s got injured, people have stepped in.
“We've got good players throughout the squad so I don't think that affects us too much.
“But it’ll be good to have them back because it’s better that we’re full strength.”
