Charlton boss Karl Robinson expects Tariqe Fosu to be fit for the MK Dons clash on November 18.
Fosu hobbled off in the ninth-minute of the Addicks’ Checkatrade Trophy defeat to Portsmouth.
But Robinson has played down the injury.
He said: “He has a tight calf - it stiffened up and I wasn’t going to take any chances with that.
“He said he felt it tightening. He’s never been injured before, so he doesn’t know the consequences.
“I’ll be very surprised if he’s not ready for the MK Dons game.
“A grade one injury is seven to 10 days. It’s not gone, it’s not painful so it’s just stiff and sore so that’s why we took him off.”
