Charlton beat Oldham 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller to make it three successive league wins.

Craig Davies and Eoin Doyle had initially cancelled out Ricky Holmes and Tariqe Fosu’s first-half strikes.

But Ousmane Fane’s 54th-minute red card changed the game and Charlton took advantage with goals from Billy Clarke and Joe Dodoo.

Kean Byrne gave Oldham some hope with a late strike, but the Addicks left with the three points.

Ben Amos - 6 - Made a good save to deny Davies in the first-half, but apart from that, was never really troubled.

Chris Solly - 7 - Mr Reliable was exactly that today. Did well to continue after being on the receiving end of a horror tackle in the second-half.

Patrick Bauer - 5 - He’s done well this season, but had one of his shakiest displays to date in a Charlton shirt. He was involved in the defensive mix-up which led to their second goal. He’ll have better days.

Jason Pearce - 6 - Similarly to Bauer, never really looked comfortable with Davies and Doyle running in behind him.

Johnnie Jackson - 7 - A solid enough display from the skipper, who was deputising for Jay Dasilva.

Ahmed Kashi - 7 - Did his job to perfection, like he always does. Didn't put a foot wrong.

Jake Forster-Caskey - 8 - Two assists for the midfielder, who carried out his defensive duties admirably.

Tariqe Fosu - 7 - He’d been quiet in the previous two away games but reminded us how good he can be against Oldham. His quick feet allowed him to score the Addicks’ second goal.

Billy Clarke - 9 - Controlled nearly every Charlton attack and continued his impressive early season form. Deservedly scored his first goal in Addicks colours. Ben Reeves has a huge task on his hands to displace Clarke from this team.

Ricky Holmes - 8 - Another dazzling display from Charlton’s star man. Oldham fans won’t see a better goal than his 40-yard strike. He was a constant menace for Robinson’s side on the left wing.

Karlan Ahearne-Grant - 7 - Seemed to be getting a bit of unfair criticism on social media but the youngster led the line well in the absence of Josh Magennis. Unlucky to be taken off after just 50 minutes.
