Burnley are set to offer Sean Dyche a new deal to ward off interest from Crystal Palace.
Managerless Palace have made Dyche their number one target to replace Sam Allardyce at Selhurst Park.
Burnley chiefs are concerned that the former Watford coach could be tempted away from the club.
And Dyche, who is viewed as one of the best English managers, is keen on a move back to London.

But the Daily Mail reports that Burnley want to end any talk of their boss leaving by offering him a new and improved deal.
Dyche signed a contract extension last February, and could demand another one after guiding the Clarets to Premier League survival.
It would be a major blow for Palace if he was to sign a new deal at Turf Moor.
It is understood that Eagles chairman Steve Parish will interview Dyche, Roger Schmidt and Mauricio Pellegrino this week.
