Birmingham have expressed an interest in Charlton star Jordan Cousins, News Shopper understands.
The Greenwich-born midfielder impressed for the Addicks last season but could not prevent the side from suffering relegation.
Cousins, 22, earned a number of man of the match awards towards the end of the campaign and looks likely to leave the Valley this summer.
Several Championship clubs are tracking Cousins – with Brighton linked with a move earlier in the month – and Birmingham are also interested in the former England U20 player.
Cousins has played 125 league games for Charlton since signing a professional deal in 2012 and was named the player of the season in May.
