Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye believes “highly talented” Manchester United forward Anthony Martial can make a big impact in the Premier League.
Martial, 19, completed a £36million move to Old Trafford on transfer deadline day, becoming the most expensive teenager in world football.
While the Frenchman’s lucrative move was questioned by many Red Devil fans, Martial has proved his ability with four goals in his first seven starts.
And Cabaye, who has played alongside Martial while on international duty, insists he is not surprised by the former Monaco star’s start to life in the Premier League.
“They speak about him [Martial], I am not surprised about how quickly he fits in and what he’s able to do on the pitch,” the Eagles midfielder said.
“He’s very talented.

“He’s very young but by the way he plays and behaves on and outside the pitch, he seems very calm and adult. He could manage all the fuss about his transfer and the fees.
“At the end of the day, the poor guy did not ask for nothing in term of the amount spent but it comes back on him.
The Selhurst Park star, 29, added: “He’s doing very well. I wish he’ll keep doing that way. He has great abilities. I hope he’ll leave his mark on the Premier League.”
