THE rumour-mill is in full spin suggesting former Lions favourite Teddy Sheringham is returning to the Den.
Sheringham, who made 244 appearances for Millwall between 1984 and 1991 scoring 111 goals in the process, is currently in the West Ham team fighting for their lives at the foot of the Premiership.
However, if the gossip columns are to be believed he could be back in south east London on loan sooner rather than later.
After his final appearance in the 1991 Division Two play-off against Brighton, Sheringham joined Nottingham Forest.
But it was with Manchester United he achieved most success as part of the treble winning team of 1999 - which included scoring in the 2-1 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League final.
Anyway, watch this space...
