Bob Peeters is optimistic Igor Vetokele will be fit to start against Ipswich on Saturday.
The striker, by some distance Charlton’s top scorer so far this season with eight goals, has been crucial to the club’s promising form.
He had been an injury doubt for the Millwall fixture after hurting his calf against Reading but although he completed the entire 90 minutes he is yet to fully recover.
“He didn’t train today,” Peeters said.
“He’s going to train tomorrow and hopefully he’s going to be involved on Saturday.
“I think his chances are 55-45.”
