MILLWALL defender Danny Shittu has been speaking to Zoo magazine ahead of this Saturday’s Wembley date with Wigan.
We’re expecting a rendition of your catchphrase, “That’s what we do”, if Millwall win at Wembley on Saturday.
Ha ha! It’s been crazy since I said it down the camera when we beat Blackburn in the quarter-finals.
It’s something I subconsciously shout every time we win and now opponents have started copying it.
What’s it like playing against Millwall?
Hard. The fans are so passionate and, when I was at QPR, they were on my back from start to finish.
It wasn’t abusive – just a wall of sound.
The Den is a great place.
We’re like a family.
Can you beat Wigan?
We believe we can.
They tend to do well at this stage of the season, but I feel we’ve been given this path for a reason.
The fans have been allocated just over 30,000 tickets, which is nowhere near enough, but hopefully we can intimidate Wigan and catch them off form.
The full interview is available in this week’s ZOO magazine.
