I WAS horrified to read about the feckless person who dumped kittens into the river, including a pregnant cat who fortunately was saved by very brave and compassionate people (Search For Man Who Killed Litter Of Kittens, News Shopper, July 11).
I hope with all my heart along with many normal people that this miserable low life gets caught.
My only regret is the punishment will not fit the crime.
May I suggest at no cost to government or councils a just punishment.
If or when someone with a scrap of decency informs on this piece of rubbish, he or she should have an enlarged photograph placed on the front cover of the News Shopper so that we can all witness what a coward he or she really looks like.
There are some things that go beyond qualifying "human rights" and fly in the face of human decency.
