I WAS given an appointment date at the Princess Royal University Hospital and had to re-schedule it.
It was my first encounter with the hospital and I was not prepared for the unpleasant conversation which followed.
I was told I have to stick to the appointment I have been given and it cannot be changed.
When I said I was unable to attend, I was told this was between the consultant and I.
Can someone explain to my family and the public how to communicate with the hospital and get a positive response?
