I ALWAYS abide with traffic parking rules. However, I work for an organisation which helps old people and I have a Bexley Council parking permit for Sidcup.
It is clearly visible on my windscreen. However, the same traffic warden gave me a ticket two weeks apart in the same road.
I don't park in this road anymore.
