DOING THEIR JOB: Seldom does a week go by when someone is not writing a letter insulting traffic wardens. As the mother of one of these "morons" who comes home after a day of insults and threats I wish to object. The people who get parking tickets are breaking the law. I agree the system is not ideal but if everyone parked wherever they liked the whole road system would come to a halt. As for them being rude - you get insulted day in, day out and see how polite you can remain. They suffer verbal threats and physical assaults. They are only doing their job and if motorists were more responsbible there would be no need for them.

DISGRACE: Regarding the road from Pilgrims Way into Hesketh Park. Go and check the road for yourself. It is a foul, nettle-growing, dog-fouled dumping ground for everyone's rubbish. It is an absolute disgrace. Get it sorted Councillor Jeremy Kite.
