CAN anyone from Bluewater explain why they went to the trouble and expense of imposing parking restrictions in their car parks when there is absolutely no enforcement?
Throughout the car parks there are yellow lines depicting walkways and pedestrian access yet there are cars parked across them even when there is sufficient space elsewhere.
There are cars parked where no space is depicted such as the end of a row and mounted on kerbs.
It amazes me shoppers who can walk around Bluewater for hours are so lazy to walk an extra 50 feet in the car park no wonder the population is becoming overweight with this mind set.
