I am a disabled person and I have been trying to get help but to no avail. I have a problem getting in and out of my garden as people keep parking across my front pathway.
I have asked the police and they told me it is a council problem. The council don't want to help me either.
All I want is a sign putting up saying disabled access leave clear'.
