I RECEIVED a parking ticket in March this year when I was parked in a no parking Monday to Friday zone on a Saturday.
As I was parked on a Saturday I was not illegally parked and sent a letter of appeal, which was ignored.
I then continued to appeal the ticket.
The appeal was rejected and I continued to follow the appeal right through to an adjudicator.
I have still not heard anything concerning the ticket.
I have no doubt my appeal will be rejected as neither I nor the parking services has any proof (no photographs were taken of where my car was parked).
It is a shame innocent people are forced to pay fines when they are clearly not in the wrong.
