I find it extraordinary Mr Ward's principle concern (Politician's Support Changes With Wind, News Shopper, November 23) is whether MP David Evennett supports David Cameron or David Davis in their Conservative Party leadership bids.
I have lived here for many years but since Mr Blair came to power, my car has been vandalised numerous times, my front wall has been kicked down twice and I have been advised by the police rather than call them to deal with anti-social yobs, my wife and I should move to resolve the problem.
Hard-working pensioners have seen disgraceful increases in council tax and people who have worked hard and saved all their lives are now seriously worried about the value of their future pensions and quality of life.
Mr Ward should count himself very lucky if Mr Evennett is his primary concern, those of us who live in the real world face much bigger problems.
